Captioned Telephone (CapTel) This telephone allows the user to read captions displayed on the telephone in order to clarify any missed information. Users can listen to the caller, and also read the written captions. The captioning services for both out-going and in-coming calls are free of charge through the Kansas Relay Center (KRC).
